Special conditions apply for sailing in the Tuamotu (charters without skipper) due to the difficult navigation over there (also no assistance possible in a short delay)
1. Sailing CV of the skipper and co-skipper must be approved pre-booking by the base manager.
2. Surcharge Tuamotu of 800 €.
3. No damage waiver & double security deposit.
4. DYC assistance guarantee not valid & waiver to sign.
5. Minimum charter length of 3 weeks.
6. Minimum boat size: 50' for a monohull or 45'+ (with watermakers only) for Catamarans CATAMARANS/ 43" and bigger, only one monohull with watermaker allowed: Sun Odyssey 44 "UTRILLO".
7. Bareboat charters going to Tuamotu can only start from our Raiatea base to deliver the best preparation & briefing service.
